REQUIREMENTS - A non-refundable deposit is required and is added towards services final price - *FOR ALL MOBILE STYLES SERVICES PLEASE ADD ON* - Hair is provided with all service - Hair needs to be 3 inches or longer to ensure longevity - No extra guest (Studio) - Please come with your hair properly washed. Cancellation Policy
When canceling an appointment, a 24-hour notice
is required, otherwise resulting in a 65% charge
- Deposits are non-refundable and can be
transferred only once (ex. if you reschedule more
than once, another deposit will need to be paid.
- Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments will be charged 65% of that service
- There is a 15-minute grace period
After 15 minutes, there will be a $10 late fee (after 20 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and be charged 65%)
